Week 5 Preview

LA Clippers GM Andrew is starting to believe his entire roster could very well have some sort of athletic bi-polar disorder with the huge inconsistency issues being displayed from week to week.

Week 1 – 3 wins 1 loss

Week 2 – 0 wins 4 losses

Week 3 – 3 wins 1 loss

Week 4 – 1 win 3 losses

Moving into week number 5 and the end of quarter 1 what can we expect? Easy answer who bloody knows!! But with four starting quality players sitting in the stands we will just go ahead and assume the worst (It’s easier that way apparently)

Week 5 Injuries / Assignments

· DAngelo Russell (Knee – No timetable for return)

· Rodney Hood (Questionable for week 6)

· Tristan Thompson (Questionable week 6)

· Nikola Mirotic (Questionable week 6)

And here we have it the once again brutal week 5 campaign for the injury riddled Clipper franchise with what we will see as some major line-up changes for the first time this season.

Tyler Ulis will come into the starting unit for the first time this season (in fact inline for first rotation minutes at all this season having been DNPCD for the first four weeks same can be said for Ante Zizic who will himself a chance to earn potential glit……I mean minutes off the bench as backup to Clint Capela

Devin Booker will remain at his customary shooting guard position with Aaron Gordon comes in for Michael Kidd Gilchrist at Small forward while Cody Zeller remains at the power forward position.

· Game 1 – Utah Jazz

CP3, LMA, Willy etc.…. tough tough game, one could argue their standing on ladder is not a true indication of the quality of roster. This team has the man power to go along way.

· Game 2 – Houston Rockets

Massive blow for Houston in week five with the man LAC ditched in Hassan Whiteside out with knee issues joining him on the sidelines is Isaiah Thomas this will be tough out even without his two key starters.

· Game 3 – Los Angeles Lakers

Battle of Los Angeles looks like it’s going to remain at a Lakers advantage this season with Vuc ably leading the charge up the western conference ladder

· Game 4 – Portland Trailblazers

Toby pulled off the trade of the season when he got his hands on Rudy Gay for what could be considered essentially nothing? And here Portland is after 4 weeks killing teams.
