PORTLAND LOOKING TO BLAZE A TRAIL

The Portland TrailBlazers have announced the appointment of rookie GM Toby. His resume, although non existent at a professional level, is quite extensive. He has done it all, whether that be spending hours watching game tapes or gathering the sweaty towels of players. He understands the what makes a franchise run smoothly. Toby stated that “A General Manager is as important to the franchise as the equipment manager or the person selling popcorn in the candy bar” it this attitude I believe he will connect with his colleagues and in turn connect with the players and coax the maximum ability and effort out of each one of them.

Toby has already informed the media of the clubs plan for the future. “We have guys that have All Star potential, Jaylen Brown being one of them. Knowing that, it is our duty to surround these young stars with youth so they can all gel and grow together.”

The newly appointed GM then went on to say “there are guys that we will be actively looking to move players for future draft picks to secure our future. Especially the 2017 draft.”

Toby ended our interview with a powerful quote, “ The other GM’s know we are looking to secure our future, and know what we are seeking. The Blazers future will be bright and the future starts now!”
