Who's been the most impacted by injuries this season?

TEAM INJURIES
Atlanta Hawks Josh McRoberts (Foot), Justise Winslow (Shoulder), Alexis Ajinca (Hip),

The Hawks have been fairly light on the injury front throughout the season. Notable injuries this year have been Winslow who’s been out for almost the entire season, and Chris Paul, who missed a total of 7 weeks to injury
Brooklyn Nets Eric Bledsoe (Knee),

With the exception of Bledsoe, they’re healthy now. But the Nets have suffered injuries from a number of key players this year. Middleton was out for 11 weeks, Gallinari was out for 5, Waiters for 5, Terence Jones for 4, Love for 2, and Dragic missed a week
Boston Celtics Kyle Lowry (Wrist), Kevin Durant (Knee), Leandro Barbosa (Hamstring),

The Celtics were in good shape for much of the season, but late injuries have decimated the team. Key losses include Evans for 8 weeks, Beasley for 2, Lopez for 2, Lowry for 6, Durant for 4, and Mack for 3.
Charlotte Hornets Dejounte Murray (Groin), Brandon Ingram (Knee),

Charlotte has been fairly healthy throughout the season. Key losses have been Nowitzki for 5 weeks, Harris for 5, Turner for 4, and then Booker and Porzingis for a week.
Chicago Bulls Dragan Bender (Ankle), Chris McCullough (CD), Bruno Caboclo (CD), Damian Jones (CD), Thabo Sefolosha (Groin), Kevon Looney (Hip),

Several relatively insignificant injuries hampered the Bulls a bit. But the only star injuries were to Turner and Booker, who were both out for two weeks.
Cleveland Cavaliers Jarell Martin (CD), Luis Scola (Waived in NBA), Malcolm Delaney (Back), Andrew Harrison (Ankle), Robert Covington (Knee),

The Cavs have been another team who’ve been lucky to avoid injuries to star players for a significant amount of time. They lost Parker for 3 weeks, Ibaka for 2, and LeBron, Ross, Jennings, and Carter-Williams for 1 week each
Dallas Mavericks Jerryd Bayless (Wrist), Joe Harris (Concussion),

The Mavs have had a pretty long list of injuries, with a few notable losses. JR Smith was out for 5, Mudiay was out for 4, Mirotic and Noel for 2, and Holiday and Hollis-Jefferson for 1
Denver Nuggets Quincy Acy (Ankle), JaMychal Green (Shoulder),

The Nuggets have been in good shape on the injury front throughout the season. Though they did lose Favors for 4 weeks, and Len and Collison for 2. Redick, Pachulia, and Kanter were each out for a week.
Detroit Pistons Ben Simmons (Foot), Diamond Stone (Knee), Johnny OBryant (Ankle),

The injury list for Detroit has been almost comical over the course of the season. Simmons has, of course, been the biggest as he missed the entire year. But they also lost Noel for 3 weeks, and they spent a week (not the same week) without the service of Beal, Waiters, Gasol, Aminu, and Joe Johnson.
Golden State Warriors Luol Deng (CD),

The Warriors had the shortest injury list over the course of the entire season. Though they did suffer some long-term injuries with Barea out for 12 weeks, and Stuckey out for 8. Deng was out for 2 and Kaminsky for 1. Other than that, not much
Houston Rockets Dion Waiters (Ankle), Al Jefferson (Ankle),

The Rockets haven’t had too long of an injury list either. But a number of important players did miss a little time. Thomas, Afflalo, Whiteside and Kanter all missed a couple weeks (and this will be Waiters’ 2nd). Hayward and Jefferson also missed a week.
Indiana Pacers Georges Niang (D-League), Reggie Bullock (Foot), Raul Neto (Groin),

The Pacers have, of course, had to make due without Griffin for a significant amount of time (6 weeks). Lamb missed 3 and Delly missed 2. Dragic and Adams both lost a week to injury
LA Clippers Ryan Anderson (Ankle),

The Clips lost some important players for a good chunk of time. Festus was out all year before finally being released. But they also missed Hood for 8 weeks, Burks for 7, Russell for 5, and Capela for 4.
LA Lakers Troy Williams (D-League), Michael Beasley (Knee), Josh Huestis (D-League), Dwyane Wade (Elbow), Malcolm Brogdon (Back), George Hill (Groin),

The Lakers haven’t been in bad shape this season, though they did have to play without Hill for 9 weeks of the season. This will be Beasley’s 4th week that he’s missed, as well as Wade’s. They also missed Ginobili for 2, and Williams and Vucevic for 1.
Memphis Grizzlies Festus Ezeli (Knee), Chris Bosh (Blood Clots), Darrell Arthur (Knee), Anthony Tolliver (Rest), Michael Gbinije (Ankle),

The Grizzlies have had their share of injuries this year. Bosh is the big name, missing the entire year. And they also picked up Ezeli who has also spent the entire year on the injured list. Aside from those guys, the other notables were Papagiannis who was out for 6 weeks and Exum was out for a couple.
Miami Heat Rudy Gay (Achilles), Timofey Mozgov (CD), Richard Jefferson (Knee),

When you have a team as old as these guys, it’s no surprise that they’re going to spend a lot of time watching from the wings. The biggest blow was the loss of Rudy Gay, who was lost for the season fairly early on. But they also spent time without Smith (7 weeks), Nene (2 weeks), and a week without Chandler, Rondo, Noah, and Burke
Milwaukee Bucks Zach LaVine (Knee),

LaVine has been the big one, missing the latter half of the season. Other key injuries included Young (3 weeks), Carroll and KCP (2), and a week without Gordon and Shumpert
Minnesota Timberwolves Jabari Parker (Knee), Nemanja Bjelica (Foot), Tyson Chandler (Personal), Avery Bradley (Illness), Glenn Robinson III (Calf), Terrence Jones (Waived in NBA),

Another team whose injuries and losses rival Detroit’s. This includes a ton of marquee names: Bradley (10 weeks), Lin (9 weeks), Jabari was out for the season when they picked him up, Chandler and Pachulia (3), George and GR III (2), and Noel, Johnson, Deron Williams, and Terence Jones being waived
New Orleans Pelicans A.J. Hammons (D-League), Chandler Parsons (Knee), Brandon Knight (Back), Jahlil Okafor (Knee),

Parsons has been the big disappointment, missing his 11th week. Sullinger missed 9 while with the Pels, Okafor is missing his 7th, Lin missed 3, as has Knight. They also missed Allen and Bazemore for a week.
New York Knicks Lance Stephenson (Ankle), Paul Millsap (Knee),

The Knicks have remained remarkably healthy with the exception of new pickup Stephenson who will be missing his 5th week. Millsap will be missing his 3rd. Irving was out for a couple, and Howard and Nene each missed one.
Oklahoma City Thunder Patrick McCaw (Cramps),

The Thunder have probably been the least impacted of all the teams this year. Fournier missed 4 weeks and Butler missed two. Outside of that, only Jokic and Schroder missed a week.
Orlando Magic Malachi Richardson (Hamstring), Jordan McRae (Waived in NBA), Tim Quarterman (D-League), Ed Davis (Shoulder), Kyle Singler (CD),

The Magic have been middle of the road in terms of key injuries. They’ve been without Davis’ services for 6 weeks, lost Love for 4, DeRozan and Parker for 2, and Boogie and Gallinari for 1
Philadelphia 76ers Isaiah Taylor (D-League), Derrick Favors (Knee),

The Sixers have not gotten to appreciate Favors as he’ll be missing his 4th week. They tend to shed their injured players. They lost Pau for 5, and he was gone. Deron for 3 (gone), Parker (out for season and gone), Eric Gordon for 2 (gone). And Lillard and Leonard only lost a week, so they get to stay
Phoenix Suns Anthony Brown (Waived in NBA), Omer Asik (Illness), Joakim Noah (Knee), Brian Roberts (Personal), Nick Young (CD),

The Suns will be without Noah for a 6th week. Asik will be out for a 3rd. Other notables include Chandler (3), Horford, Miles and Ellis for 2.
Portland Trail Blazers Brice Johnson (Back), Ramon Sessions (Knee), Lance Thomas (Hip), Austin Rivers (Hamstring),

Mahinmi was the big out for much of the season (12 weeks), and Sessions will be missing his 9th. Nance was out for 5, Tyler Johnson was out for 2, and Brown for 1
San Antonio Spurs Joel Embiid (Knee), Andrew Bogut (CD), Will Barton (Foot),

Embiid (10 weeks) and Bogut (13) both hurt. Barton will be missing his 3rd to match Jackson and Harkless. West also lost 5 weeks, while Lee, Conley and Davis missed one.
Sacramento Kings Jared Sullinger (Waived in NBA), Carmelo Anthony (Knee), Kyle Korver (Foot), Reggie Jackson (Knee), Taj Gibson (Illness),

The current crop of losses are some of the Kings’ biggest of the season. This marks 5 weeks without Sullinger, 3 without Korver, and their second without Anthony. They lost Conley and Green for two, one without Batum, and now Jackson and Gibson. Ouch.
Toronto Raptors John Henson (Thumb),

Aside from the mistake that was Tiago Splitter, the Raptors haven’t been bitten too bad by the injury bug. They were without Crowder and Randolph for a couple weeks, and this will be the second without Henson. Dunn and Deron Williams each missed a week.
Utah Jazz Pierre Jackson (Waived in NBA), Jordan Mickey (CD), Derrick Rose (Foot), Marc Gasol (Foot), Sergio Rodriguez (Hamstring),

Derrick Rose has expectedly missed a number of weeks (5), though they also had to play without Faried and Oladipo for 5. Randle missed 4 weeks, and Frye was out for 2.
Washington Wizards Adreian Payne (Illness), Cristiano Felicio (Back), Jeff Green (Back),

The Wizards haven’t experienced many extended outages to their key players. Young and Nene missed 3. Green will be missing his second and Anthony, Morris and Gasol all took off a week.
