A change is about to happen in Orlando, Too soon? The indications are after the fast start for the Orlando Magic, the team's general manager, L J Maverick, has been antsy by the phones. He is trying to replicate the great start the team had, but has not had many offers that quite lured him to pull the trigger. Sure, there have been many offers, but the kind of deal that would land some team the likes of Wesley Matthews and/or Danny Green have not lit up the general manager's eyes by any stretch.

"No, we're not getting low-balled", explained the NLL's maverick general manager. "I just have not come across that certain deal that makes your jaw drop, ya know? The kind that while makes sense for both teams involved, you just come away thinking you were a part of grand larceny." The proverbial trigger-happy general manager went on to explain that the process of trading either or both players is not set in stone and may not happen at all this year. And, he will be fine with that.

The Orlando Magic's recent struggles have come when the squad is not at full health, for the most part. Once-MVP-hopeful Jonas Valaciunas, while playing well recently, has not had the same impact he had at the start of the NLL season. "JVal is finally getting his groove back", expressed Coach Frank Vogel. "He seems to be working to get his mechanics back as well as his confidence levels. He will be alright. I don't invest much worry into JVal."

The Magic will have a very tough week coming up while seeing the return of starting off-guard Danny Green to the lineup. The first task? Meeting one of the best teams in the league in the Milwaukee Bucks, whom just let go of their coach Jason Kidd. This may be a rally game for the Bucks, whom do not need any more incentive to play harder.
