There is a pulse

In some sort of semi revival from the depths of hell, the pelicans have gone 2-2 for the week. And after the previous two that were absolutely disgusting, we will take it.

Wins against Charlotte and Washington, Losses against a few of the big boys in the Thunder and Timberwolves.

A few notables for the week-

Alex Len
Still balling out like he has been all year, but these "sliders" that everyone has been begging for has taken a bit of shine out of his game.
But if he can keep up his current pace and keep throwing down 20-10 every game with some steals and blocks, we will take that all day.

Reggie Jackson, the ring leader
Still squeezing the orange at the point, and seems to be doing a good job of it. Can be a bit wild with the turnovers and does chuck up some low point totals occasionally, so we just need him to hover around 10 assists a game for the rest of the year.

Miles Plumlee
Look no one was expecting anything from big fat miles, but he has managed to find his way in to a starting role at power forward. And he might of just played well enough to keep it.
At least one block a game this week and his first double digit rebound game is promising, and what we can hopefully expect going forward.
Just dont expect bulk points though fam.

New Orleans are still outside the play off picture at the moment and need to do a lot better than going 500 the rest of the way to make the play offs, but another week of tinkering ahead of us and who knows what could happen.

Also the trade bug is still there, so i expect to be continuing to work the phones for another week and hopefully make a splash towards contention or blowing the whole thing up.
